We had a great experience of buying a second car from MK Performance. Although they normally trade in luxury cars, we had our heart set on an uncommon model of KA they happened to receive as a trade in. Despite our little car being priced at a fraction of the types of vehicles they usually trade in, we got the impression we weren't treated any differently from someone coming in to sign for a Porsche. Communication was quick and clear, the viewing of the car was an enjoyable, non-pressured experience and we would recommend MK Performance to anyone looking for a professional but personal second-hand car buying experience.

This business is managed by two brothers who I found to be very professional and excellent to deal with. They are honest and straightforward with no forced sales pitch. They managed the sale of my car achieving a good price but what I liked most about the experience was I was able to keep my car and use it and brought it in to them when they had viewings. They would clean and prepare the car ready for viewing each time they had customers coming in. My expectations had been exceeded as the car was sold within 2 weeks. Friendly Staff. Excellent communication, kept us informed and in the loop all the way. Many different methods that MK Performance Group. Can keep in touch, not just on the phone, sent us info on both Watsapp and Email. So probably good for anyone who doesn't want to get into trouble with their boss at work. Does do delivery's, obviously theres a cost. But its reasonable. Also offered to deliver on a Sunday, which is handy for anyone who works Monday - Friday. Valeted before delivery. We dealt with Freddy, who was very helpful.
